Cooking
Again it is better to prepare the nuts. You can take any I – the budget option: peanut. Any nuts I mine, and then slightly roasted in a pan or in the microwave. To 50 g of peanut was enough for 2 minutes in the microwave on full power (stir once). When slightly cooled, remove the husks.
Nuts should be not white but rather dark, so much tastier. Then grind the peanuts in the processor or blender into fine crumbs.
Boiled or baked beets grate on a coarse grater, add half of jars of canned corn, ground peanuts (putting aside a little for decoration), grated or in the press zubchik garlic.
Dressed with soy sauce (I have "Kikkoman") – 1-2 tablespoons to taste.
And vegetable oil (I have olive, but can be any other).
