Warm salad with rice, mushrooms and beans
Warm salads, especially in the cold season, it's my weakness. Love wild rice, and in combination with the mushrooms and beans it is extremely tasty and healthy! Serve as a salad, or as a separate dish.

Ingredients

  • Wild rice

    0.5 cup

  • Broth

    1.5 cup

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Green beans

    150 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Maple syrup

    1 tsp

Cooking

Rice, pour broth or water

Bring to boil and on low heat under a tightly closed lid, cook for 50 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.

20 minutes before the end of cooking the rice, slice the mushrooms. Fry them on high heat in vegetable oil for 10 minutes.

Add the beans (not pre-thawed), continue to cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add the garlic. Warm up 1 minute to go in the aroma.

For dressing mix all ingredients.

Mix the rice, mushrooms with beans and dill. Season the salad.
