130g oatmeal cookies to be ground in a blender. Add 50g of melted butter and mix in blender. Remove the zest from one lemon, mix with the crumbs. The resulting mixture spread on the bottom of a split form. I put the parchment, just in case. We stamp hands a little and put our base in the freezer for half an hour.
300g cottage cheese (9%) wipe through a sieve. 120g butter at room temperature mix in a blender with a tablespoon of cocoa. Beat butter with 60g of powdered sugar teaspoon of vanilla extract. Add the cheese and whisk until smooth. Half the mass spread on a shortcrust base. The second half we shift into a pastry bag and decorate or kinetic.
Put in the fridge for an hour and a half, remove the form and serve. Bon appetit!
