Cooking
Liqueur "Amaretto" slightly reheated in the microwave, literally 3-4 seconds. Dissolve the coffee in it. If you don't have liquor, do not worry. You can take vodka or cognac. And add 2-3 drops of almond essence (food flavoring).
In a separate bowl melt the butter (in the microwave), add the sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix well.
Pour into the prepared mixture with the liqueur and coffee mix.
Pour the sifted flour, baking powder and beat well with a whisk to avoid lumps.
Put the mass into a bowl for microwave and bake at maximum power (800 watts) for 2-3 minutes. I have a bowl diameter 13 cm, height 8 cm as all microwave are different, the baking time may also vary. So, after 2 minutes, quickly check the readiness of the cake with a wooden toothpick. If the dough is still podlipec, put another minute. Leave on for 5 minutes in the microwave, with the door closed.
Remove and cool completely.
Carefully remove soft cake on a dish, cut off the top and mash it into crumbs.
Make the glaze: melt on low heat butter, sour cream and 2 tbsp brown sugar.
Separately, mix instant coffee, cocoa and remaining teaspoon of sugar. Pour in the cream and sour cream mixture, mix well. Cook glaze until thick bubbles.
Pour cake icing, sprinkle with biscuit crumbs.
Carefully remove the knife podtekshey the icing, move the cake to a flat dish - coffee mini cake is ready!
Warm tea or coffee and help yourself! Insanely delicious, trust me!
