Chicken with bell peppers
Another dish in the style of stirfry. Fast, easy, trouble prepared, and what a stunning result! Tender chicken, peppers in spicy sauce.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.75 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    1 sprig

Fillet wmyt, dry, cut into cubes. In a wok heat vegetable oil, fry the fillets for 15 minutes and remove to a plate.

Wash and dry peppers, remove seeds and cut into strips.

Chile wash, cut into rings without removing the seeds. Garlic peel and chop.

To connect with starch sugar, vinegar, soy sauce. Mix well.

In a wok polhode garlic and chilli, fry 39 seconds. Add the bell pepper. Cook stirring occasionally for 7 minutes. Return fillet, stir, pour the sauce. Cook for approximately 5 more minutes until it thickens. Serve immediately.

When serving, sprinkle with chopped green onions. Bon appetit!
