Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    10 Tbsp

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken liver

    200 g

  • The pie

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Dill

    1 pinch

  • The mixture of peppers

    1 pinch

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    2 piece

Cooking

First prepare the stuffing. Wash the liver and hearts.

Cut finely the onion and send it to be fried in sunflower oil.

When the onions are softened, add to it the chopped liver and hearts. Fry on medium heat until tender.

Prepare the cakes. Cut cubes of pumpkin.

Add to it the milk and mash in a blender until smooth.

Break and add eggs and salt.

Carefully mix up. Add gradually the flour. Stir to avoid lumps.

The consistency should be like pancake batter.

On a heated pan pour half of mass and cover with a lid. Bake the first cake on very low heat. Approximately 8-10 minutes on each side.

Lay off the cake to the side. In the same way and bake the second cake.

While the cakes baked, cut into strips cheese.

Cut tomato.

When you turn over the second cake, and immediately put the liver with hearts, sprinkle with dill and salt it with sea salt. Pepper with a mixture of peppers. Distribute cheese and tomato.

Spread over second layer. Cover with a lid and bake for another 10 minutes.

Put the finished cake in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
