Fish in zucchini with tomato sauce
Had the impression that healthy food cannot be tasty. I now know how to make food useful and at the same time tasty. And it is thanks to Zepter cookware. But a little imagination and we get a very elegant dish. I cook without salt and fat. The desire in the finished dish when serving, add a little olive oil. This version of the feeder fish I picked up on the same culinary page.

Ingredients

  • Cod

Zucchini cut into thin strips. Each strip cut lengthwise into 2 halves.

For the sauce, I used the Zepter pot 20cm 3l. From tomatoes to remove the peel, cut into 4 pieces. Onions cut into arbitrarily. In a cold pan to fold the tomatoes, onion, garlic and dill.

Then the vegetables to break through a blender into a homogeneous mass, strain through a sieve. Vegetables cooked in a Zepter cookware remain natural color, while retaining all the nutrients. Despite the fact that the vegetables were prepared in the same pan with fish, do not absorb the odours.
