Cooking
For meatballs, mix the mince, finely chopped bacon, bread, soaked in water, egg, garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mix thoroughly and refrigerate.
For tortillas, potatoes RUB on a small grater, add the egg, sunflower oil, salt, fold in flour.
Knead a dough. The formed pellet and spread on a floured surface.
For the sauce - in the bowl of immersion blender, mix the yolk, mustard, oil, vinegar. Whisk to obtain a homogeneous emulsion. The more oil you add, the thicker your sauce.
Add the finely chopped anchovies, Parmesan cheese, grated on a small grater, garlic, passed through chesnokodavilku. Mix until smooth.
Here this should get the sauce. I added a little oil, so my sauce was quite runny.
For this dish I used a baking tray Forester.
Now comes the fun part! On the grill put a pan of Forester. One part of baking sheet lay potato scones, on the other burgers. And fry from two parties to readiness.
