Cupcake
Very tasty and flavorful. The dough is tender, crumbly. Fragrant. Quick to prepare, and – as always – with brandy!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Coconut shavings

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    0.75 cup

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Lemon peel

  • Vanilla

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Chocolate milk

    80 g

Whisk eggs with sugar in the lush foam. Add cognac, lemon zest, vanilla, and oil.

Separately mix the flour, baking powder, coconut flakes. Pour in the egg-oil mixture to the yogurt (or what we got instead), flour with shavings, all mix well (until smooth). Dough consistency – like a thick cream. Grease the form of oil. Spread 1/3 of the dough.

From top to pour half of the chocolate chips.

Then again 1/3 of the dough – chocolate chips – the rest of the dough.

Even out and bake it in the oven (175 - 180 gr.) approximately 50 minutes (a wooden stick should remain dry). Sprinkle the surface with icing sugar.
