Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Raisins

    3 handful

  • Candy

    10 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Put to heat up the oven to 180*C. Candy unpack (label tasteless...) and cut into pieces.

Blend butter with sugar and add sour cream and eggs. Mix everything until smooth. Add candy and raisins. Flour mixed with baking powder. Add in candy raisin liquid. If the dough is watery, add more flour.

Lubricate the form of butter and put the dough. Put in the hot oven for 20-30 minutes.

Test with a skewer to it the dough doesn't stick. When muffin is ready, allow to cool and cut into portions. Enjoy your tea!!!
