Description

Salad
In this salad a lot of dietary fiber (healthy weight and losing extra pounds), vitamin A (healthy skin), beta-carotene (improves eyesight), potassium and magnesium (cardiovascular health). The recipe is taken from the pamphlet "Salads".

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    250 g

  • Prunes

    75 g

  • Dried apricots

    75 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Seeds

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

Prunes and dried apricots wash

Pour boiling water and soak in it to cool.

Drain the water.

Dried fruit, finely chop.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater.

Mix carrots and dried fruits.

Fennel seeds...

... to mash these in a mortar.

Add fennel seeds to the salad and season with vegetable oil. I used unrefined peanut.
