Want to share a recipe for boiled mackerel. Not only is this more correct way of cooking fish, but less calories. A regular meal takes on an unusual taste. Cooked I cooked mackerel with Jasmine rice from TM "Mistral".

Cooking
Boil the rice on low heat for 15 minutes, and while it cooks, to make it a gas station.
For the filling grate the garlic on a fine grater and connect with sesame oil, soy sauce, lemon juice - 1 tbsp finely chopped chili pepper. Mix well.
Carefully open the bags of rice and put it in a bowl. Mix rice with dressing – you'll have a savory side dish with a rich flavor.
Mackerel gutting, cleans the inside. Rinse under running water and cut into portions.
In a pot of cold water (1-1,5 litres), squeeze the juice of half a lemon and put the cut pieces from the remaining half lemon. Add sprigs of dill, salt and Bay leaf. Stir and put on fire. The water should boil. Drop the mackerel pieces into the boiling water and cook for 6-8 minutes.
Place the rice on a plate in neat slide or in a culinary form, lay on top of fish.
Serve with chopped greens of dill, and optional dish can decorate slices of lemon, lettuce, cherry tomatoes. This dish will not leave anyone indifferent! Bon appetit!
