Chickpeas in sweet and sour sauce and tahini
Hearty dish in a fragrant sauce and tahini, can be served as a side dish to meat and poultry. Owing also to its nutritional value and due to high content of protein, can be served as a very self-sufficient and tasty dish that is actually cooked in the post.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    400 g

  • Onion

    100 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Semi-sweet red wine

    40 ml

  • Tomato

    100 g

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Tabasco

    0.5 tsp

  • Peanut oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Paste tahini

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Heat the butter and add the grated grated onion and garlic, simmer 2 minutes. Then add the carrots and simmer for another 4-5 minutes.

Tomatoes without the peel to RUB on a grater and add to the carrots and onions, simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Then pour wine and soy sauce, add salt to taste, and simmer for another 3-4 minutes. Then add the boiled or canned chickpeas and sauté for 5 minutes.

In the end, add tahini and paprika, mix well and remove from heat.

Serve with meat or poultry, but you can no nothing with some bread, my husband loves onions, chopped feathers.
