Pasta in French
A wonderful dish to whip up. A delicious and hearty sauce of cream with mushrooms and ham.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    250 g

  • Onion

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Ham

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Boil pasta in salted water with vegetable oil (so pasta does not stick).

Onion cut into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil.

When the onions are browned, pour in 50ml of water and

simmer until complete evaporation of water.

Diced ham and

mushrooms.

Add in stewed onions ham and mushrooms. Lightly fry.

Add sour cream, stir, bring to boil and

simmer for 1-2 minutes. Continuously stir so it doesn't burn. Try on some salt and pepper and mix well.

Turn off the heat. Add chopped small cubes of garlic and chopped parsley. Mix well, let stand 5 minutes.

Apply the sauce to the pasta. Before serving, mix well.
