Very tender chicken muffins. I've wanted to cook something easy, tender, juicy for the baby and me not finding a suitable recipe, came up with, after reading some tips and recipes.

Cooking
Take chicken mince, add carrots, grated on a fine grater onion, grated on a coarse grater and the 2 egg yolks. Stir it carefully.
Milk heated on the stove and add the flour, stirring constantly, bring to thickening.
Milk with flour added to the minced meat and mix again. Beat whites and put into the mixture.
Put the our mixture in a muffin tin and put it into the preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Chicken souffle is ready! It turns out very juicy, a 1.5 - year-old kid who almost eats nothing ate 2 cupcakes almost))).
