Kebab in the pan with fragrant sauce
Pork kebabs with herbs with tomato-soy sauce with onions, cherry tomatoes and Italian herbs. Very tasty, I recommend!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Greens

    1 g

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Powder tomato

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • A mixture of spices

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    1 handful

Cooking

Forcemeat mix with egg, chopped up onions, greens and salt to taste;

Divide the stuffing into 4 parts, each part is good to fight off the hands from the air and seal;

Thread the meat on skewers, to distribute, to lay out on the oiled pan;

Fry on high heat on all sides until light frying;

Tomato powder to dissolve in water (you can substitute tomato juice), add salt, herbs, soy sauce, oil;

Pour the kebabs, add sliced onion half rings and cherry;

Cook under cover on low heat for 15-20 minutes;

Serve with greens and vegetables!
