Dish for seafood lovers. Unusual and delicious taste! Instead of mussels, you can use shrimp.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mussels

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Bread crumbs

Cooking

Boil potatoes in their skins, cool and grate.

Add the flour, egg and salt. Carefully mix everything.

For the filling, fried mussels or shrimp with onions in vegetable oil.
