Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Soft cheese

    50 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • The mixture of peppers

Cooking

For cooking rice, drop the bag of rice in boiling, salted water, without opening it. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes.

While cooking the rice will take care of our pockets.

Chicken Breasts, wash and soak the paper towel. The side of each breast make a cut to avoid cutting through the breast itself. Thus we get such cold “pockets” in which we will lay the stuffing.

Hooters pickle in olive oil, soy sauce and pepper mixture for about 10 minutes.

Tomato, cheese cut into slices. Put in our pocket. Stick with a toothpick.

Fry the Breasts on both sides in a frying pan, then bring to readiness in a preheated 200 degree oven for 7-10 minutes.

The rice was boiled. Get a bag and give to drain the water. Carefully open the bag to the side and place the rice on a plate. Served with our stuffed breast.
