Creamy cupcakes with a cream
Unmatched soft delicate cupcakes, and the cream... just a fairy tale!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Cream

    260 g

  • Coconut shavings

    30 g

  • White chocolate

    100 g

So let's start with the cream, because it's a long process. In a saucepan mix the cream and coconut, put on the fire and wait until the mixture becomes hot. But do not boil. Remove from heat and add chocolate. Wait a few minutes and stir until smooth cream and chocolate. The mixture will be liquid. Preferably the cream to do in the evening and at night put in the refrigerator.

Dough: mix the chopped soft butter, sugar and vanilla and whisk until fluffy.

Then add the eggs one by one, whisk well each time.

To the sifted flour add baking powder and a pinch of salt, mix well. Add half of the dry mixture to the egg and whisk well. Next add the milk, stir.

After the milk comes the 2nd part of the dry mix. Well whisk. The dough turns thick.

Pour into molds and bake at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes. Here they are ready. Cool.

Cream take out from the fridge which had been there for about 12 hours. It looks like this.

And start whipping. Whisk, whisk, whisk until the cream becomes dense.

And that we begin to decorate our cooled cupcakes with cream. That's what they are)))
