Cheese cakes
These cheese cakes can be served on a festive table with any number of spreads, salads and various "spreads". A great alternative to tarts. With a glass of dry wine, they are good too! Crisp, with a cheesy flavor. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    120 g

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Powder mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Flax seeds

I used cheese experts. Cheese RUB on a small grater.

In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients - flour, salt, mustard powder and baking powder.

In the bowl of the dry mixture cut butter and grind hands crumbs. Then add grated cheese and milk, knead soft dough.
