Description
These cheese cakes can be served on a festive table with any number of spreads, salads and various "spreads". A great alternative to tarts. With a glass of dry wine, they are good too! Crisp, with a cheesy flavor. Try it!

Cooking
I used cheese experts. Cheese RUB on a small grater.
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients - flour, salt, mustard powder and baking powder.
In the bowl of the dry mixture cut butter and grind hands crumbs. Then add grated cheese and milk, knead soft dough.
Roll out the dough into a thin layer and the glass cut lepeshechki.
Spread tortillas on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, grease them up with milk and sprinkle with flax seeds.
Bake cakes at a temperature of 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes until Golden in colour. Allow to cool and serve. Very tasty with crab salad and wine.
