Sponge roll
Very tender and tasty biscuit roll with cheese souffle and a sweet creamy candy. As a gift this roll I made for a wonderful man, who does not neglect, probably none of my recipe is Mariana (mariana82).

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Brown sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Vanilla

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

  • Candy

    4 piece

Cooking

Whisk the egg yolks with the softened butter. Add unrefined cane sugar.

Add the whipped egg whites.

Add the vanilla, baking powder, flour and knead not thick biscuit dough. Form to lay a paper, pour the batter into the pan and bake at 180 degrees until cooked. Collapsible roll together with paper and leave to cool a little.

Meanwhile, cook cheese souffle. Curd grind with sugar, add sour cream and mix well. Gelatin to dissolve in warm water and pour in the curd while whisking with a mixer. Whisk the soufflé for about 30 seconds. Then put in the fridge for 5-10 minutes.

To expand the roll and add cheese souffle. On one side spread butter candy.

Turn the roll without paper. Put in the fridge for better curing of the souffle. Then mix the powdered sugar with cocoa powder. Reserve 1 tsp of white powdered sugar for the white circles.

Roll sprinkle brown sugar. Take a square of foil or paper and cut it in the middle of the circle. Apply the workpiece to the roll and sprinkle with white powdered sugar. Roll cut into pieces and served to the table.
