Description

Cooking
1. Preheat the oven to 190C. Grease 2 baking trays with oil.
2. Beat the butter with vanilla essence, sugar and egg to make a light airy mass.
3. Add the ground hazelnuts, sifted flour and cocoa powder. Carefully stir the resulting dough wrap in clingfilm and put into the refrigerator for an hour or so one thing has become more solid.
4. Roll the dough between two layers of baking paper in the seam height of 3 mm.
5. Using a form 4 cm in diameter to cut out circles of dough and lay them on the prepared baking sheets.
6. Bake 8 minutes, let cool 5 minutes and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
7. Chocolate to melt on a steam bath together with butter, allow to cool and add the Nutella. Cream stir well.
8. Fill the chocolate pastry bag. Squeeze the cream on one cookie and cover with the second push. Each sandwich is a full teaspoon of the cream. Sprinkle the sandwiches with cocoa powder.
