Turkey rolls with vegetables
Such rolls can be done with any crisp vegetables, for example, add green onions, hot peppers, parsnips, or do two or three kinds of vegetables. Cut into circles rolls will be a great appetizer to aperitif. They can be prepared a day before serving and serve cold or hot.

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    500 g

  • Pepper

    50 g

  • Asparagus

    50 g

  • Carrots

    50 g

  • Green beans

    50 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    50 g

  • Zucchini

    50 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    5 g

  • Soy sauce

    0.333 cup

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

Ingredients.

1. Turkey fillet cut into thin layers. Plast cover with plastic wrap and repel, repeat with remaining fillets.

2. Cut the vegetables into thin strips, garlic and ginger peel and finely chop.

3. Honey mixed with soy sauce.

4. Spread the vegetables on a broken layer of Turkey, sprinkle with chopped garlic and ginger and tight roll.

5. Repeat with the remaining meat and vegetables.

6. Fill the rolls with a mixture of honey and sauce.
