Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

    125 g

  • Peach

    150 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Green onions

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

  • Olive oil

For this salad you will need pearl barley company "Mistral"

To cook pearl barley. To do this, pour in 500 ml boiling water 125 grams of cereals and cook for 7 minutes. Then drain and boil 250 ml. Add salt to taste and pour into prepared cereal. Cover and cook on slow heat for about 40 – 50 minutes. Finished barley and rinse under cold water and drain in a colander.

Tomatoes and peaches cut into cubes. Chop onion.

Prepare the filling. From half of a lemon squeeze the juice. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, sugar, black pepper.

Connect the cooled pearl barley, tomatoes, peaches, onion and fill with the mixture. Mix well. The salad is ready.
