Lettuce
The combination of millet with vegetables in salads is very useful and is rich in potassium and vitamins that is important and necessary for all. Cooking

Take the millet company Mistral, wash and boil according to the instructions with the addition of a tablespoon of brown sugar.

For the filling - mix the olive oil with soy sauce, crushed garlic and juice of half a lemon. Add cooked millet to the salad, and mix everything.

Apple and three carrots, finely chop the dried apricots for a sweet salad.

Add the zest, lemon juice, raisins and wheat, dressed with a tablespoon of honey. Mix everything.
