Greek potato salad
After I shared with You a recipe potato salad Italian, I like to show You a recipe of salad of potatoes, but with hints of Greek cuisine. Fragrant and tasty - everything you need for a good dinner!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Feta

    150 g

  • Capers

    1 Tbsp

  • Black olives

    80 g

  • Green onions

    3 Tbsp

  • Mint

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Dill

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

1. Boil potatoes in salted water for about 25 minutes, so it wasn't too soft. Cool and cut into thin slices, if large potatoes - a pound.

2. Finely chop the onion and head, and the green part of it.

3. Put in a bowl the potatoes, onions, capers, olives and mix well.

4. For dressing mix olive oil with lemon juice. Add the yogurt, dill and mustard, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Chop the cheese cubes.

5. Pour the sauce over the salad, add feta and stir gently so that the sauce is evenly coated all the ingredients.
