Eggplant salad
Very simple and at the same time very tasty salad. Fans of eggplant, garlic and herbs!!!

Ingredients

  • Greens

  • Onion

  • Eggplant

  • Garlic

Eggplant wash, peel, cut into cubes (not very small). Season with salt and set aside for 30 minutes to give the excess liquid with bitterness.

Then fry them in vegetable oil until light brown colour and cool.

Tomatoes chop coarsely, onion - half rings, finely chopped herbs (who likes what). I don't like cilantro, so green added watercress, it only highlighted the taste of the salad! Garlic through a press or finely chop.

All mix, season with olive oil, sprinkle with spices. Bon appetit!!! Eat! Delicious!
