Plum and coconut cake
Fragrant pie stuffed with juicy plum and Golden sugar-coconut crust! Dough with the addition of corn flour and coconut turns fluffy and nice Sunny colors! I invite all to feast and celebrate the 100th-anniversary, I posted on the Pillsbury recipe)))!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Corn flour

    120 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Coconut shavings

    50 g

  • Drain

    7 piece

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    1.5 Tbsp

Cooking

In a bowl, whisk to mix sugar, sour cream and eggs.

Add the soft butter. Mix well. Add corn flour, coconut, salt, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Mix well until smooth.

Add wheat flour, mix well the dough until smooth.

Pour the batter into a baking dish (diameter 20 cm), smooth. Put the halved plums skin down.

Mix the topping.

Evenly sprinkle top of cake sugar-coconut topping. Bake pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Readiness check wooden skewer. Ready take out the cake and let it cool completely.
