Description
A very simple dessert with cottage cheese, cookies and chocolate, special refinement which attaches the plum sauce Darbo.

Cooking
Prepare all the products. For dessert cooking you will need a deep clear glasses.
Sour cream (4 tbsp) and put in bucket, heated in a small fire. Throw the chopped chocolate. Interfere until then, until the chocolate is dissolved.
Ladle remove from fire, to interfere butter.
Slightly cooled spread chocolate mousse into cups (about 1\3 Cup). Put in the fridge for 10 minutes.
In blender, whip until smooth the cottage cheese, icing sugar and sour cream (2 tbsp).
Into the cups on the chocolate layer, spread a layer of crushed cookies, then layer of curd. Put into the fridge for 10 minutes.
On top, spread a layer of plum sauce Darbo. Gently spread.
Optional decorate, for example, halves of walnuts. Served to the table. Bon appetit!
