Wonderful candy with a honey aroma and a rich caramel nutty flavor.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    170 g

  • Honey

    140 g

  • Cream

    140 g

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Petals

    170 g

To prepare the products.

The almonds browned in the oven or on a dry pan.

Pour sugar on a dry pan. Heat until it is caramelized.

Add the honey and gently pour the hot cream. Quickly stir.

Boil the syrup to sample "Hard ball". Add butter. If you love candy softer, it should boil down to sample the "Soft ball".

Remove pan from heat and add almonds. Stir until smooth.

Liberally grease the tray with butter.

Put the mass in the form of a square. When slightly cool, turn over and cut into pieces. Allow to completely harden.
