Appetizer of squid
We love calamari, this appetizer taste them as pronounced as possible. The recipe is very primitive, but hopefully useful to someone!

Ingredients

  • Squid

    800 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Squid clean (the site has a great way) cut Onion into half rings and fry until Golden brown.

While fried onions, cut squid strips with a width of 1-1,5 see

When the onion comes, add the squid. Fry, intensively stirring, over high heat until "rolling in the straw" - but not into - 5-7 minutes.

Squid with sauce can be eaten hot with mashed potatoes or cold - as a self-starter. Everything is ready, bon appétit!
