Description
Classic Belgian cuisine is the combination of grated radishes and cheese, supplemented in this dish with walnuts and a spicy aroma.

Cooking
Radish wash, clean from dirt and damage grate. If you do not want a very spicy salad, soak the radishes in boiling water for 0.5-3 minutes.
Grate cheese on a grater. Optionally, a piece of cheese can be replaced by "Dor-blue" or "Roquefort", for giving a special piquancy to the dish.
Walnuts grind in a mortar together with the garlic (if adding). You can chop the nuts or in any other way, and garlic just crush it. Part of grated nuts, to mix with garlic, set aside for sprinkling on top.
Mix all the chopped ingredients, season with oil and juice, add salt, spices and mustard. Stir again, refrigerate for an hour.
Put the salad on a dish, sprinkle with nuts and serve. Bon appetit!
