Cooking
Rinse the liver, cut into small pieces, removing unnecessary.
Onion finely chopped and half rings. Fry the onions in butter. Then add the liver. Fry, stirring occasionally, 10-15 minutes.
Spread in the pan with the liver and onions sour cream (yogurt) + tomato paste + some water. Stir and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, thyme, if necessary, some more water. Stir and simmer for about 15 minutes.
