Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate-coconut filling
If you do not know what prepared these cupcakes, no one ever will know. Moderately sweet, with chocolate-coconut filling they are great. These muffins will appeal to both adults and children.

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    250 g

  • Yogurt

    400 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Corn starch

    30 g

  • Cocoa powder

    20 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Cinnamon

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    20 g

Cooking

Cottage cheese mash, mix with the icing sugar and coconut. Mix well and refrigerate.

Semolina pour kefir and leave to swell for 30-40 minutes.

Starch, cocoa, salt, cinnamon and baking powder, mix separately in a bowl.

Eggs mixed with sugar and add the soaked semolina, then add dry ingredients. Mix well until smooth.

Pour it into moulds, in the middle to put the ball of curd-coconut mass. Bake in the oven at 180 C for 30 minutes. Allow to cool in tins.
