Cooking
The dough I was using the HP - all ingredients should be at room temperature.
Mix cinnamon and 1 tbsp powdered sugar. When the dough rise 2 times, to tear the bulbs with the size of a walnut, roll in cinnamon mixture...
And put in a greased cake pan. To give the Cake to rise ( about 30 minutes). Bake in a preheated 190C oven for 30 minutes. Cool slightly in shape, then remove.
Meanwhile, make the glaze: mix the lemon juice and powdered sugar. Pour glaze the cake.
