Coconut-Apple cake

Ingredients

  • Butter

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Coconut shavings

    4 Tbsp

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Oil mix with sugar, add the lime zest.

Add the eggs, salt, all well mixed.

Add the flour, baking powder, milk and two spoons of coconut. Knead the dough. Baking 25X35 cm to cover with baking paper. With wet hands spread the dough on the bottom of the form.
