Cakes brownies
There are a lot of options brownie. After reviewing almost all of them, I can tell you for sure that you have not tried. I suggest you try one of my favorite variants brownie. Very tasty, soft and fragrant.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    225 g

  • Flour

    280 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    220 g

  • Vanilla essence

    1 tsp

  • Jam

    140 g

  • Powdered sugar

    75 g

First, make a caramel. To do this, put 25 g of butter and 75 g sugar in a saucepan with a thick bottom and heat over medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon. The mixture should acquire a caramel color. Don't worry if the mixture starts to flake. With further stirring it will become smooth.

Form grease with oil and pour the prepared weight, allow to cool.

Mix the flour and salt.

200 g of butter and chocolate to put in a water bath and, stirring occasionally, bring to dissolve. Once butter and chocolate has dissolved, immediately remove from heat. Not to give mass to become very hot!

In a separate bowl, mix eggs, sugar and vanilla. Just a couple of seconds.

Then add melted chocolate with butter, mix

And then add the flour and mix everything.

Cooked the caramel to break into small pieces and mix with the dough.

Add the jam and stir. I used blueberry jam Mahe.

Form 22 cm grease with butter and lay a parchment paper. Put an even layer of dough. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. I used walnuts (very much I love them). But you can take any, but can do without them. And bake in a preheated 175*C oven for about 25 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick.

Allow to cool and cut into rectangles.
