Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    1 kg

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Dill

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences, rinse,and boil in salted water until soft.

Cool and finely chop with a knife.

Fold the chopped cabbage in a bowl,add eggs, salt and flour, mix well.Chop dill and mix with the cabbage mass.

In skillet, heat vegetable oil.Take the minced tablespoon and place it in the pan.Fry on medium heat, add oil.
