Sicilian cassata-frozen cheese cake
This cake has it all! And the ice from the freezing chamber and the flame from a hot furnace! This cake is everything I love: cheese, cherry, nut, biscuit and sweet cream. The cake looks spectacular, it is beautiful as frozen and warm! Your guests will love it! The recipe is from the book "World Kitchen".

Ingredients

  • Cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    200 g

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Raisins

    150 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Candied

    100 g

  • Cherry

    100 g

  • Pistachios

    10 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Biscuit

    1 piece

  • Liqueur

    40 g

Cooking

The cream and powdered sugar, mix with cottage cheese. Add the vanilla sugar, cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.

Rinse the raisins and drain off the water.

To decorate on their own. I have a protein cream. You can also pour the cake with chocolate ganache.
