The season of Apple picking begin! The time is now to prepare all sorts of Goodies?! I want to share the recipe of Apple dessert that once called "Paradise apples"!

Cooking
Put in a bowl the butter, cheese, salt, sugar and flour. Beat with a mixer. Knead the dough so that it doesn't stick to hands and leave to cool in the fridge for 40 minutes.
Wash apples. Remove the core and skin.
Add to the bowl the raisins, cinnamon, chopped almonds, powdered sugar. Mix well. Stuff the mixture of apples.
Divide dough into circles according to the number of apples. Roll out the circles so that one circle could fit the whole Apple.
Wrap each rolled out circle one Apple. Lay the dumplings on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Chocolate melt in a water bath. Add a little hot water to make a thin cream. Pour the apples.
