Dessert Spring
A nice light dessert made with yogurt and berries.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    400 ml

  • Gelatin

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Cherry

    50 g

  • Water

    75 ml

To prepare the gelatin solution according to package instructions. I poured the gelatin in hot water and warmed on a small fire, constantly stirring until full dissolution of grains.

For the white layer: 200 ml of yogurt, add 1 tsp sugar (or more as you like), half of the hot gelatin solution and all stir well. I churned in the blender for 10 seconds. If you love very sweet desserts, add sugar according to your taste! I tea, coffee drink without sugar. Specified in the recipe number of CMV sugar dessert is not sweet.

For pink layer: blend in a blender (10 seconds) 200 ml yogurt with cherries and 1 tsp sugar (or to your taste).
