Great lunch or dinner! Cooked very quickly, and the result is incredibly delicious, very tender and flavorful!!! The sauce is incredible!!!

Searched through search engine and by ingredients, this is not found. So, let's start. Clean vegetables. Onion cut into cubes, potatoes also cubes, carrot - slices. Cauliflower and broccoli, if you take fresh, then disassemble on inflorescences. Sausage cut into slices.

Simmer the onion in vegetable oil until transparent, then pour in the cream, bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.

As soon as the cream with the onion to boil, add potatoes and carrots, nutmeg, Bay leaf and black pepper, stir and cover with a lid. Optionally, add water (I added some). Leave to simmer for 10 minutes. Then remove the lid, add sausage, broccoli and cauliflower, salt to taste and stir. Again cover with a lid and simmer until cooked for 10-15 minutes.
