Chickpeas, as it is cooked on the Greek island of Sifnos
Very tasty and very easy to prepare dish. Chickpeas are known for their vitamin value and proteins. The recipe is good for those who are watching their figure or want to lose weight. You can cook it in pots portinale. I have one big clay a beautiful roaster.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Chickpeas soak overnight in plenty of water with 1/2 tsp salt. Wash it and put it in a roasting pan or pot with finely chopped onion, salt (for soaking with salt it was not salty), pepper, flour and butter.

Stir everything up, fill with water to cover on the finger, and put it in a cold oven.

Turn on the oven at 200-250 deg. and bake until ready.

Eat this dish with feta, olives, pickles, etc. Bon appetit!
