Description
The taste of this cake is familiar to me since childhood, sister would make it for all family gatherings, and now I bake it for my family. Very simple in execution cake and a bit costly.

Cooking
Turn on the oven at 180°C and start preparing the dough. Beat eggs with sugar, add milk (warm) and the flour, mix well.
In a separate bowl combine jam and soda, mix well with a mixer. Jam brighten and increase in size, so the dishes need to take more. Spread the jam into the main batter and again mix well.
Form grease with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. The dough is divided into two parts. Each cake bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes (until dry sticks).
While the cakes are baked, prepare the cream. Sour cream mixed with sugar and vanilla. The vanilla gives it taste like ice cream.
When the cakes are cooled, begin to assemble the cake. The lower layer spread part of the cream. Cover the top with the second cake layer, also covered by cream. Put the cake in the fridge for 4-5 hours, and preferably overnight! Before serving, decorate the cake as desired. Bon appetit!!!
