Gingerbread
This recipe my mom brought from work, well, Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh-a long time ago... I stumbled across the book and decided to try it with a teeny improvement. And here's what came of it.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    0.5 l

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Soda

    1.33 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Chocolate milk

Cooking

Mix the yogurt, soda, oil, salt.

Mix it all with a mixer.

Gradually add the flour (I did a double - plate had to change...).

And here's my change - I'm the batter I added chocolate drops for baking.

Then continue to add flour and knead the dough, which divide into two parts (I have a double portion - 4 pieces). Roll out to a thickness of 0.5-1 cm and a glass cut out our gingerbread. Spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment and brush with beaten egg with milk every gingerbread.

Put in oven, preheated to 250 degrees for 15 minutes. And here is the result! Enjoy your tea!!! (A portion of this amount of ingredients).
