Banana apricot cupcake
Delicious and fragrant muffin on yogurt. Quickly and easily prepared from available products. Wet and juicy in texture.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Apricot

    5 piece

  • Banana

    2 piece

Beat eggs with sugar until white. Add soft margarine and beat

Add yogurt and whip. Then the flour with the baking powder and whisk thoroughly

Further scraps of dough and bananas. Send cake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 180 gr. I have a silicone mold, if you have the normal line a rimmed baking form baking paper
