Cooking
Meat can be cooked the night before. A piece of pork (I had lean Chuck 1.2 kg) sea salt and pepper.
For the marinade squeeze the juice of 2 oranges and add the garlic cut into thin slices, mustard and a sprig of rosemary
Pour meat marinade, tie the bag and place overnight in the refrigerator.
The next day, for 2 hours before the guests arrive... the Meat out of the package, slightly wet and fry in the pot (baking dish or other thick-walled ware) on hot olive oil on all sides until it will turn brown.
The marinade Express. I just cut the corner of package and a basic marinade is easy resulted. Add the marinade to the meat, brush the meat with orange marmalade (you can substitute apricot jam or honey), and simmer on low heat for approximately 1.5 hours. Meat is necessary to periodically cover them with sauce and flip
Prepared meat remove from the pot and wrap in foil to keep it hot, and the sauce in the pot to the marinade to add: cream, orange, cut into slices - olives or black olives - ground pepper (to taste and optional). The sauce should be another 10 minutes to stew. Meat cut into portions and cover with sauce. As a recommended side dish noodles or rosemary potatoes.
