Ingredients

  • Cabbage, red,

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Pepper green

    2 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

Shred the cabbage thinly. I have a special shredder. Cabbage add salt and grind for softness. Onion cut into half rings or quarters, scalded with boiling water and marinated in vinegar, let stand 20 minutes, while preparing salad.

Pepper cut into small pieces, cucumber RUB on a coarse grater and add to cabbage.

Add the onion. It needs more salt to taste, add a little sugar, a few drops of vinegar and a little olive or vegetable oil. Mix well and let stand for 20 minutes to dissolve salt and sugar. That's all!
