The cookies turned out very similar to cheesecake - so I decided to give this name.
Ingredients

Butter
100 g

Sugar
150 g

Flour
250 g

Chocolate milk
50 g

Water
2 Tbsp

Chicken egg

Cooking
Softened butter, beat with sugar.
Add eggs - whisk.
Then add the flour.
Knead the dough. And roll out a sausage.
Cut the dough into pieces and roll from them balls.
Spread on a baking sheet. With your finger make an indentation in the middle of each ball. Put in oven for 20 minutes.
Prepare the filling. Sugar water mix and cook until thick.
Chocolate melt in a water bath and a thin stream to pour into it the sugar with the water.
Cookies cool.
Fill indentations of warm chocolate.
