Puff Candy
Delicious and easy to make baked puff pastry with a pumpkin filling in the form of candy. Thank you for the idea clearance puffs author Elena Tufekci.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    220 g

  • Pumpkin

    120 g

  • Brown sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.333 tsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Coconut shavings

  • Mac

  • Vegetable oil

  • Water

Cooking

Pumpkin peel and seeds, cut into small rectangles of the same size.

Pumpkin slices cover with water, bring to a boil and cook for 4-5 minutes, then cool.

Puff pastry to thaw.

Roll out to a thickness of 2-3 mm and cut into rectangles.

Brown sugar mixed with ground cinnamon. In this recipe I used generic brown sugar TM "Mistral".

Roll the pumpkin slices.

Place it in the middle of the rectangular layers of dough.

And roll in the form of candy.

Protiven grease with vegetable oil, put puff with filling, each sprinkle with melted butter.

Sprinkle brown sugar, then the poppy seeds or coconut. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for 15-20 minutes (depending on oven).
